My son and I picked this 24' Skipjack up for 600.00. No motor,bad outdrive,no trailer and a pallet of parts that included a pre Alpha o.d. A bad sb 350 with good manifolds and a new San Juan cooling system. Pulled the fuel tank to reglass one of the stringers. Got lucky the fuek tank had been replaced already. I bought a 2nd boat with a rotted floor and stripped it for the trailer,Bravo o.d., trim tabs and swimstep. Sold the boat and its motor, the pallet of leftovers, to come out money ahead.
